All Coaches are required to bring certification documents -
*Birth Certificates *Report Cards *Picture ID's (where applicable) for your players and have them with you at every game for verification of players (if needed). If you are not able to confirm the validity of one of your players, then he/she will be DQ'd (disqualified) and all games that he/she participate in will be forfeited and there will be no refund of tournament entry fees for that team or no refunds of gate entry fees for your parents.

There has been a venue change for Saturday’s games (8/27/2011) due to a death in the church family of the congregation of Beaver Ruin Road Baptist Church. I was informed around 12:30 pm that a church member passed on this past Wednesday while at Bible Study. The services for this church member will be held this Saturday in the Family Life Center and thus the need for a venue change. All games will now be played at the Snellville Church of God facility, 2270 Centerville Hwy, Snellville, GA 30078. The 8am game on Saturday will be cancelled as we can’t start games until 9a. Doors will not open for gym access until 8:45a. Please be on time for your game or the forfeit rule(s) will be in effect for each game. NO other game times are changed, moved or affected. Sorry for any inconvenience!
