Deadline to Enter is Tuesday Oct 20th, Midnight

All Coach's are required to bring certification documents -
*Birth Certificates *Report Cards *Picture ID's (where applicable)
for your players and have them with you at every game for verification of players (if needed). If you are not able to confirm the validity of one of your players, then he/she will be DQ'd (disqualified) and all games that he/she participate in will be forfeited and there will be no refund of tournament entry fees for that team or no refunds of gate entry fees for your parents.

All Coachs are required to print out and bring a completed NAYBA SCORESHEET to each game. Your team could receive an administrative technical foul for noncompliance
